We had 15 viewers inside 6 days, with the majority being genuinely interested, so I believe their vetting process to be robust. Their staff are highly professional, they kept us updated with developments and their communication was excellent throughout the process.

After a slow start and with pressure to beat the stamp duty deadline, efforts by all parties acting on our behalf were frustrated by parties down the chain, not by the buyer but by their “so called” experts. As we approached the 2nd stamp duty deadline both Diggins and our solicitors maintained regular mutual contact and shared the chase to get our house move “over the line” which finally happened much to our relief. It doesn’t appear Diggins could have reasonably done more to get us moved.
