The Director’s and staff of diggins & co have a combined experience of over 130 years within the property industry and in that time have encountered almost every eventuality within the housing market and are therefore well versed in dealing with any circumstance that our clients could encounter.
Darren Diggins had worked for a number of Independent Companies over a period of 25 years, including being a director of the highly successful and well-respected firm of Lewis Knight Estate Agents, before eventually taking the firm over completely and re-branding it into the identity it is today.
Paul Dobbs, co-director of Rochford office, has been successfully selling property locally since 1992. Having worked for both corporate and independent estate agents working his way to area manager, he has helped literally thousands of people move home and is very proud of his reputation as a local estate agent that gets outstanding results for his sellers and buyers alike.
