As i write this, the sun is shining and there is blue sky above Diggins & Co HQ. That can only mean one thing.... Spring is finally just around the corner!
Spring time is a busy time for us Estate Agents as the better weather brings out new buyers in their droves, homes and gardens start to look their best again and sales of property as a result of this always takes an upward turn. In fact, looking back over previous years, some of the best months for sales each year have been the spring time months.
